The location is marvellous and perfect, near many shops, restaurants, and a central plaza. the staff are outstandingly accommodating and ready to help if you need anything.

The breakfast spread had nicely presented breads and meats. the hotel's location was great, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and historic sites like Jeanne-d'Arc square.

It was fairly clean, I would definitely stop here again.

I had a fantastic stay at Mercure in Toulouse! The location was perfect, just a short walk to everything I wanted to see and do. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations, with high-quality products that were delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, friendly staff, and great breakfast options.

Although it was very warm in April the airconditioning was not switched on until May so room very hot at night. Fridge also underperformed.

I enjoyed the room, it was practical, had good bed and clean bathroom.

The breakfast here is pretty good, they have some awesome croissants and fresh fruit that you definitely shouldn't miss out on! 🥐🍓
